1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using InfiGrowth Management Consultancy's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Description

InfiGrowth provides management consulting and advisory services. All services are provided on an advisory basis only. We do not engage in regulated financial activities or offer financial products.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Cooperate in good faith with our consultants
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies
Make timely payments as per agreed terms

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and deliverables created by InfiGrowth remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

InfiGrowth provides advisory services based on information provided by clients and publicly available data. We are not liable for decisions made based on our recommendations or for outcomes beyond our reasonable control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai.
